  1. Fascinating, even before I read your answer to Linda’s question – and that made it more so. The stem has become otherworldly, but not too much so. The back and forth of the shapes has an enticing rhythm. Lots to like!!

    1. Thanks, Lynn. This was such a dull day…until these multiflora rose bushes along a fencerow caught my eye. I was smitten first by the curving stem but then maybe more so by the soft focus and colors. Nice to hear that you liked it.

      1. The dull days of winter…dirty snow on the roads, flat white sly….and now we have that here, too! Oh well, it will make us that much happier when it melts and we see signs of spring.

      2. Yes, I thought about you when that storm was in the news. I hope you weathered it without too much hardship.

        Today I noticed a couple of groups of snowdrops have emerged in one of the flower beds…
