  1. This is another one of your images that imbue a natural scene with great presence and power. I particularly like the balance/contrast between the delicate tree trunks, which go from dark to light, and the tall, weighty mound of earth on the right. Five stars!

    1. Thank you, ag. I am glad to hear that the things you mention are represented in the image. I considered each of those things for some time in the composition and processing. The steep bank on the right…my dog ran up and down it with ease. I found a more gentle slope upon which to ascend. 🙂
