Statement: Something Different

I suspect that we all carry an assumption that everyone sees the same colors, tones, and luminance that we see.  That assumption might or might not be correct.  This series of numbered photographs explores a different way of seeing the world.  They are of course, taken with a normal camera but processed with a tone curve having a negative slope.  I find them pleasing.  I hope you will too.  If you do not, I invite you, if you want to, to try to drop your preconceived idea of what a photograph should or should not be and look at these images for a minute with the thought this might be how your closest friend sees the world.

If not, then be patient…I only have a week or so of posts like this in mind.  🙂

In any case, thanks for going along with me…
